About Me

Hey, I’m Pete.

I’ve been working in software, tech, and integrations for a long time. The longer I do it, the more I obsess over the same idea: doing more with less. Automation, smarter systems, better tools. That’s always been my thing.

AI changed everything. Not in a vague hand-wavy way but in a genuinely practical, full-of-opportunity way that I think most people are still underestimating.

I’m not here to hype it or make it sound more complicated than it is. I want to help motivated people use it in ways that actually work, make sense, and don’t cost a fortune. A tool stack that fits your situation and solves the right problems, not just a collection of cool-sounding things that don’t talk to each other.

Here’s what I think is already happening. The next few years are going to push a lot of office workers toward building their own things. People who’ve spent years building on other people’s platforms, creating for other people’s audiences, and working for other people’s companies. Startups. Products. AI-powered side ventures. That shift is underway.

I built ReviewTheStack to help both technical and non-technical people find and integrate the right tools for product development and side ventures, so they can build effective digital assets based on what they actually need.

On this site I share real breakdowns of how tools work, how they fit together, what they cost, and where they create genuine value. No fluffy overviews. No AI slop. The real opportunities come when the right tools are used effectively together and that’s what I want to help you figure out.

One thing I want to be straight about up front. Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you sign up or buy through them. It costs you nothing extra. I will never recommend something I haven’t tested or don’t actually believe in. If a tool is great, I’ll say so. If it has real weaknesses or isn’t the right fit for everyone, I’ll say that too.

I want this to be a site you can trust for honest, practical advice on tools, systems, and strategies that help you build your thing, even if only in a small way.

When I’m not contracting, writing, or reviewing tool stacks, I’m usually working out, rucking weights around the hills near my place, reading, or going deep on whatever AI rabbit hole has grabbed my attention that week.

I also have a labradoodle named Bella. She’s a total social butterfly and somehow makes everyone she meets instantly happier. Honestly, that’s the energy I’m going for with this site.

Glad you’re here. If you want to check I’m legit, here’s my LinkedIn. Feel free to connect and say hi.

Wishing you every success moving forward.

Stay strong. Keep building. Be smart about it.
